NB These directions are designed to minimise the chances of being caught in Banbury town centre traffic as there is no necessity to pass through the town although council signs direct traffic this way.

Directions from the M40 Travelling north to south

Exit the M40 at Junction 11.
Head onto Hennef Way (A422) towards Banbury. Continue across two roundabouts and at the third roundabout (Tesco) carry on ahead on Ruscote Avenue and cross the roundabout at the entrance to the retail park. Proceed along past Kraft foods on left and then shortly down a small dual carriageway and to the next roundabout which is at a T junction. Turn left here towards Banbury town centre and at the next roundabout turn right into Orchard Way. Carry on ahead cross the first roundabout and the road then becomes Woodgreen Avenue, cross a further roundabout and the road becomes Queensway. Carry on ahead to the T junction and turn right into Bloxham Road, turn right onto Bloxham road which is the A361, to Chipping Norton. Travel for around 2 1/2 miles until you reach Bloxham, travel through the village and at the mini roundabout turn left onto Barford Road. Bloxham Mill Business Centre is approximately 1/2 mile on the left hand side - two large silver signs marking the entrance.

Directions from the south via Swindon

The most direct route is towards Lechlade and on to Burford. From here follow the signs to Chipping Norton and through towards Banbury for a number of miles. Entering the village of Bloxham, there is a Texaco filling station on the right and immediately afterwards at the mini roundabout turn right onto the Barford Road. Bloxham Mill Business Centre is approximately 1/2 mile on the left hand side - two large silver signs marking the entrance.

Directions from the M40 Travelling south to north.

Exit the motorway at Junction 10 and take the A43 towards Northampton.
After approximately half a mile of dual carriageway turn left at the roundabout where there is a petrol station and take the B4100 which will be signposted to Ayno. Continue through the village of Ayno and carry on ahead for a number of miles and you will arrive at a T junction with lights. Turn left here and immediate right into the village of Adderbury. Pass through the village and at the far end take a right fork at the island and into Milton Road. Pass Colgrave seeds, through the village of Milton and carry on ahead until reaching the T junction. Turn left and carry on for approximately half a mile and Bloxham Mill Business Centre is on the left. NOTE : We are located within The Bloxham Mill Business Park where there is ample free parking.
