Travelling from the south take J13
Travelling from the north take J14

At the first roundabout follow signs for Leamington Spa and continue towards a second roundabout. Here, take the second exit and proceed along Europa Way (you will see BMW and Volvo garages on the right). Continue along until the next roundabout, stay in the middle lane and head straight towards Leamington town centre (McDonalds can be seen on the right). Continue over the canal bridge and at the next roundabout go straight ahead. You will pass under a footbridge and the Ford factory will be on your right. At the next roundabout turn right to pass under the railway bridge. Continue along this road (which has a park on the left) and at the mini roundabout turn left into Adelaide Street. Continue along this road, over the bridge and through two sets of traffic lights. This is now Clarendon Place and you will see Number Seven on the right.
