You will be aware that the NHS waiting list for ultrasound scans is often long. Our service is aimed at those patients who would be willing to pay a, what by comparison is an extremely reasonable fee to have the examination undertaken and the report back with you within a week (subject to the patient being able to attend).

This service is for GPs only and we do not accept self referral patients. The examinations are undertaken by state registered sonographers (as in the majority of cases within the NHS) with consultant radiologist backup. Should one of our sonographers require a further opinion or feel that a radiologist should scan the patient, then this will be arranged at no further cost to the patient. We undertake a full range of ultrasound scans and should you like a member of our team to visit the practice to discuss the service in more detail please contact us. A request form is here for you to either.

1) Complete electronically and send to us and we will contact the patient to arrange the appointment e-mail the report back to you the day of examination.

2) Print the form, complete and either fax to us or give to the patient and ask them to contact us to make the appointment, we will then post (or fax of you prefer) the report back to you.
